Winograd Headlines Boundary Adjustments Greeley-Evans School District 6 is working with Shannon Bingham of Western Demographics to complete a boundary study for elementary and middle schools. The purpose of the boundary study is to create a homeschool boundary for the new Tointon Academy of Pre-Engineering, create a homeschool boundary for the new Madison PK-8 school, relieve schools that are over capacity and remove portable classrooms, and determine where to build additions onto existing buildings that are over capacity. Comments (-1) Kids Eat Free Summer Program Beginning Monday, May 24, 2021, Greeley-Evans School District 6 Nutrition Services will open 4 sites to the public serving free breakfast and lunch entrees. These sites are located at Centennial Elementary School, Maplewood Elementary School, Monfort Elementary School, and Shawsheen Elementary School. In addition, 7-day meal bags will be provided by bus route on Fridays and via distributions with our community partner the Weld Food Bank. Comments (-1) Delayed Monday Start Next Year After receiving feedback from District 6 teachers, principals and parents/guardians, it has been decided that for the 2021-2022 school year, starting August 12, all schools will have a delayed start on Mondays. This will replace the early release on Wednesday that was enacted this year.
